Wow
what a site! This had to be the best site we have been to yet, unfortunately
it is also the most expensive so our stay was not for too long.
There was a swimming pool complex with water slides, an excellent restaurant
(non-smoking at last) and the toilet blocks - which are VERY important
to us campers - were as good as a hotel would provide.
We
spent most of the time by the pools as the children absolutely loved
them. It felt strange, but this was just like having a holiday in the
middle of our trip. There was no pressure to go out sight-seeing (although
we did) and we could really relax.
We
went to Elche, a town with the largest number of palm trees estimated
at 200,000 and took a train ride through the park. In Alicante we drove
to the castle on top of the hill and saw some fantastic views of the
town.
The green shade was welcome in the heat of the sun

One of the EXCELLENT pools

We all had fun
